    Description

You are viewing a unique Clear to Cranberry Glass Compote. Compote has a cranberry glass base or foot with a clear glass bowl, a row of beads around scalloped top edge and beaded panel arches on body. I haven’t been able to find any info on this piece but believe it is depression era or earlier, because it’s unmarked and I have no provenance, actual date made and by whom is unknown. Compote is in very good used condition with no breaks or cracks, it does have a single flea bite nick on bottom of foot (see last photo).  It measures approximately 4 ¾” across top of bowl and stands 5” high.
There may be straw marks, shear marks, air bubbles, heavy mold seams, tool marks and/or other manufacturing markings that are inherent in glass of the era.
Because most items I list are used be sure to view all photos as they are part of
    description and condition.
Reasonable offers are always welcome and will be considered.    Thanks for viewing.
I research all items I sell and do my best to list correct description and information. I am a avid collector of all types of glass but not an expert, so if I missed something and you would like additional information please contact me before you bid or buy.  The items I sell are acquired from various local sources and I use recycled packing materials so I can not guarantee that either come from smoke free or pet free environments, please keep this in mind before you purchase.
GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM For international buyers eBay automatically calculates the international shipping cost, duties, taxes and estimated delivery dates upfront, and adds them to the listing which the international buyer sees. The seller doesn’t provide any of that information.
Buyers see estimated shipping and import charges on the listing, which are then confirmed at checkout. These charges are paid by the buyer to cover shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, brokerage and all other international fees.
Costs can be higher for international shipping, and rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Customs regulations vary by country and not all carriers ship to all locations. International buyers are responsible for paying these additional fees
