Failure to make or arrange payment within 48 hours will result in a complaint being filed against you with Ebay.
    Shipping
    Upon receipt of payment, deed will be drafted, processed, notarized/executed and sent off to the local county recorder to be recorded in the winner's name. We will provide a tracking number for the package when it is on its way to the county. Deed will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. Please note, that once it has arrived at the county, the local county clerk will be mailing it to you without a tracking number. There is nothing we can do to change that. County can completes process in as little as 3 weeks but please allow up to 8 weeks to receive deed from the county.
