Guy Burwell's "Flights of Fiction" continues our week long celebration leading up to the debut of Sweet: The Graphic Beauty of the Contemporary Rock Poster. The show opens on February 6 (2008) at the University of Maryland's The Art Gallery. On March 5, as part of the exhibition, John Foster will present a gallery talk on the history of rock posters, discussing several works in the exhibition, past and contemporary styles, and sources of inspiration."
This TSC piece was based upon Burwell's poster for the Decemberists show which took place October 13, 2007 at Metropolitan University in Leeds, United Kingdom.
This print is numbered 65 / 100 but is not signed.  It does bare the Tiny Showcase stamp on the reverse side of the work.
The item measures approximately 5-1/8"" x 7-1/4" with the image area being approximately 4" x 6".  The print is in near-mint/mint condition.  There are no concerns that I can see.
