HANDLING TIME
We always ship the same day or next business day after receiving payment; but, the Postal Service is not quite as fast as we are. If you need your package in a hurry, we suggest that you choose Priority or Express Mail for your shipping method rather than Parcel Select.
RETURN POLICY
We MUST be contacted before any return. We do not do exchanges, only refunds. We MUST receive the item back within 30 days from the day that you received the item. Item must be in the same condition as when received, New, Never Worn, and With Tags Attached or in the Original Manufacturer's Box if tags or box are mentioned in the listing. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs including Tracking. Buyer must email us the tracking number when the item has been shipped so that we will know when to expect the item. When we receive the returned item in the same condition as when shipped to you, a refund for the amount of the item only will be sent to you through Paypal. Item MUST be free of smoke, perfumes, and/or pet odors. If any of these odors are present when we receive the item back, a refund will NOT be given and the item will not be be sent back to you (the customer) unless you pay for the return shipping costs back to you.
