AFTER THE AUCTION:
Upon winning the auction,
THE BUYER MUST CONTACT US ASAP
by email. Upon the auction's close, a purchase agreement contract will be sent to the buyer.
Payment arrangements are expected within 48 hours. After 48 hours, if we cannot confirm that payment arrangements have been made, the listing will be placed into eBay's "unpaid item notification" system.
Payment methods accepted are: Check, Online Payment with Zelle, Bill Pay, Chase Quick Pay, Bank Wire or Bank Deposit. (A full invoice will be provided to go over all this in more detail.)
Upon receipt of payment, closing will commence and a legal deed to the property will be recorded with the county and then sent to the winning bidder.
