    Description

You are bidding on my personal un-patented placer gold claim, I have owned this for a few years now. We used it primarily for recreation with our 32 foot class C RV at the USFS campground that is adjacent to this claim. I am a 100% disabled Navy Veteran and can not seriously mine myself anymore so thought it was time to sell it. Great paved road up to the last mile to the site, then is a good dirt road that is maintained by the USFS to the campground area, so any vehicle or RV can drive right to the site. I found several small pickers and flour gold from simply panning previously while only there for a couple of days so yes there is gold still there.
Wining bidder can send a cashiers/personal check (subject to clearing), or I can send an invoice via PayPal or SQUARE.
After I get full payment the winner will receive a Quit Claim Deed, GPS coordinates and instructions how to file their new deed with the County & BLM. New owner must be filed by this Sept. 1, 2021 so don't delay! NO B.S. 0 additional filing fee needed here either!
